Clubs at the middle and high school level and clubs that do not qualify as a school-sponsored club are considered a non-school club and are normally beyond the jurisdiction of school authorities. Any club or organization not directly under control of school authorities shall be deemed a non-school club.
Non-school clubs may not conduct their activities on campus without express authority of the building administrator, nor may they use the name of the school. If a non-school club conducts activities on school grounds contrary to the welfare and the best interests of the students and the school, or reflects unfavorably on the reputation of the school, the students participating in such activities may be subject to student disciplinary policies and procedures.
